Our Company

Clay Green, President

Clay always had a thing for dirt. At age 8 Clay and a neighboring kid mowed hillside fields with his father's high weed mower. It took two kids to run the mower because it was so big. A couple of years later Clay graduated to his grandfather’s Cletrac HG tractor and disc which led to his lifelong love of tractors.

With over 30 years of experience, Clay has developed lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and unions. He has built a talented team and reputation for his positive attitude, responsiveness, problem-solving innovation, and integrity.

Locally Clay has served as president of the Alexander Valley Community Hall and Alexander Valley Association. He is presently Secretary Treasurer of the North Coast Builders Exchange. Clay has also been a member of NCBE for close to 25 years and CATS 4U, Inc. has been a member company of  NCBE Worker’s Comp Trust for over 15 years.

Like many of us who thoroughly enjoy our profession, Clay has found himself consumed by his work. A trip to the auction to add to his collection of graders and dozers has taken the place of vacations. He even commands a bit of celebrity status in Healdsburg, having won the first “Mr. Healdsburg” contest after delivering a heartfelt rendition of Roger Miller’s King of the Road.
